The Senior Sales & Documentation Engineer will lead IT tender processes, prepare high-quality proposals, and actively participate in presales and after-sales activities. This role is focused on IT infrastructure projects and requires strong experience in bid management, client engagement, and documentation for complex IT solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT tender processes from preparation to submission.

  • Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

  • Develop and present IT-focused solutions (Data Center, Smart Class, VDI, LAN, etc.).

  • Conduct business and market analysis to identify sales opportunities.

  • Manage procurement-related documentation and compliance.

  • Prepare advanced documentation such as LLD documents, ER diagrams, entity relationships, and class diagrams where required.

  • Organize, structure, and maintain tender and bid documentation.

  • Engage in presales activities: client demos, solution design, and technical presentations.

  • Manage client accounts and coordinate after-sales services.

  • Mentor junior engineers in proposal preparation and documentation best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT tender management, procurement, IT presales, or related fields.

  • Proven expertise in preparing bids for IT infrastructure projects (Data Centers, Smart Classrooms, VDI, LAN, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of technical proposals and IT procurement processes.

  • Ability to prepare and interpret LLD documents, ER diagrams, class diagrams, etc.

  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

  • Strong organizational and documentation management abilities.

  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
