Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the product’s services to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

• Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to inform sales strategies and tactics.

• Set sales targets, create sales plans, and monitor progress against targets.

• Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the ocean freight industry.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience 

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing 

• 5 years or above work experience (Logistics experience preferable)
