To support the factory’s sales operations by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing
orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and availability.
Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers and distributors.
Follow up on customer satisfaction, complaints, or after-sales issues and report to the Sales Manager.
Strategic Customer Relationship Management
Manage high-value customer accounts and key distributors.
Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Build strategic relationships to support repeat business and market expansion.
Quotation, Pricing & Order Oversight
Review and approve quotations prepared by Sales Officers based on pricing guidelines.
Supervise order processing and ensure timely issuance of sales orders and proforma invoices.
Monitor order fulfillment and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
Coordination with Production, Inventory & Logistics
Liaise with production and inventory teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
Prioritize urgent or strategic orders based on customer importance and production capacity.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery tracking.
Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product movement to inform strategy.
Support the Sales Manager in preparing forecasts and performance dashboards.
Credit Management & Payment Follow-up
Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms in coordination with Finance.
Lead follow-up on overdue payments and support resolution of credit issues.
Recommend credit adjustments or escalations based on customer history and risk.
Team Support & Mentorship
Guide and mentor junior Sales Officers on customer handling and sales processes.
Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement within the sales unit.
Job Requirement:
Qualification and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields
Experience: minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience.
