Job Purpose
Operating from the Head Office, the senior sales officer will drive revenue growth by securing high-value corporate B2B clients, managing key accounts (construction companies, Real sates, ), and promoting the company’s steel product portfolio.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or with related field of study
A technical background is a significant advantage in steel sales
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of corporate or B2B sales experience, specifically within the steel, cement, building materials, or construction industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and convert high-potential business opportunities, including large-scale construction projects, infrastructure, and wholesale distributors.
Key Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Targets & Strategy: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales volume targets for steel products (e.g., rebar, Tube mill).
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors' pricing, and market share, and provide feedback to management to adjust sales strategies.
Contract Negotiation & Collections: Lead negotiations regarding volume discounts and payment terms, and coordinate with the manger to ensure timely payment collection
Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of closing high-value deals
Stellar presentation and negotiation skills
Strong network within the construction/development sector.
