Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Oversee the qualification process of leads, ensuring adherence to established criteria and best practices.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.

• Strong understanding of the products offering and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and market insights to sales supervisor.

• Participate in high-level sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

• First degree in marketing management, electrical engineering and related educations 

• 6-8 years of experience is needed 

• Working experience in cables industry and Construction companies is preferable.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Requirement skills: 

• Strong Negotiation & communication skills, 

• understanding market trends data analysis and reporting

• Micro soft office word & Excel uses.
