In addition ,Aynalem Amare Impex is supplier of industrial raw materials (chemicals)to various factories( different industries and manufacturers) in the country.

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for promote, and sell products with a proactive professional manner with excellent sales skills, capable of building lasting client relationships, develops and implements sales strategies, identifies new sales opportunities and contributing to the company's expansion in industrial chemicals.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field of study

Experience:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in a sales role especially who has higher exposure/experience in Business to Business (B to B )sales

  • Experience in imported goods sales is required

Salary and Benefits : Negotiable + commission on sales performance

Place of work: Yeka woreda 08 around 22 Mazoria Avenue

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements sales strategies designed to meet company targets and goals

  • Generates leads(potential clients), maintains existing customers and identifies new sales opportunities, while prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new customers.

  • Promote and sell imported goods, especially chemical products

  • Direct sales execution, product demonstrations, negotiating, reporting, achieving targets

  • Maintains and grows positive(strong) client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Monitors customer feedback to recommend improvements to products.

  • Attends trade shows, bazar and conferences to represent the company and promote offerings.

  • Stays updated on product knowledge to effectively convey value to clients.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery  Conduct Market research and analysis to know sales and market trends

  • Track sales and market trends, providing reports and feedback

  • Supervise sales officers to achieve sales target

  • Prepare and submit sales reports regularly

Skills & Competencies

  • Prior work in chemical product sales is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

  • Strong customer relationship management
