The Senior Sales Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets, and a strong passion for closing deals and delivering value to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in line with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively and efficiently.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for results and customer satisfaction.
