  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office activities and communicate effectively with different departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Secretarial & Office Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
  • Experience: 5 years
