We are seeking a professional and highly organized Senior Secretary & Office Assistant to support executive-level operations and ensure smooth daily office functioning. This role involves providing secretarial assistance to the General Manager, managing administrative tasks across departments, and delivering excellent front-desk service. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Gross 15,000 ETB + Transportation Allowance
• Provide secretarial support to the General Manager and administrative functions across departments.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy reference.
• Monitor and restock office supplies; manage logistics for office needs.
• Receive visitors and direct them appropriately with a high level of customer service.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.
• Draft letters, reports, and prepare materials for internal and external use.
• Perform general office duties and support daily operations as needed
Requirements:
• BA degree in Business Administration or Economics OR IT certification with secretarial training.
• 3 years of relevant office administration or executive assistance experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
• Professional conduct and reliability
