Position Title: Senior Special Legal Advisor (Part-time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide prompt legal opinions on all matters of legal issues;

• Draft, review all types of Contracts, employment agreements, service legal agreements;

• Ensure compliance with International, national laws treaties; and local statutory regulations;

• Represent and advise the Organization in formal legal proceedings whenever necessary;

• Submit reports.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.

• License : Active and valid license/ Advocacy Permit to practice law at all levels of Federal Courts;

• Experience: Minimum of 13 years of active legal practice with a strong emphasis on advisory and court case proceedings;

• Language: Full Professional proficiency in English and Amharic.

Terms of Employment

• Employment Type: Part-time

• Contract Duration: Three (3) months

• Extension: The contract may be extended based on budget availability and organizational requirements.

• Salary: 49,607.00
