Balezaf Alcohol and Liquor Factory PLC is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of alcoholic beverages and liquors in Ethiopia. The company is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Store Keeper / Warehouse Officer to manage warehouse operations and ensure effective inventory control.

The role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and recording finished products, packaging materials, and empty bottles in the warehouse to maintain accurate stock records and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using Bin Cards, ERP systems, or manual tracking tools.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with purchase orders.

• Manage proper storage, organization, and arrangement of warehouse space.

• Ensure safe handling and storage conditions for all goods.

• Prepare documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Report stock shortages, damages, and inventory status to finance and management teams.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security to prevent theft or loss.

• Education: BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, or related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Experience using ERP systems or warehouse management tools

  • Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills
