The Senior Structural Engineer (Design & BIM) is responsible for leading structural design, analysis, detailing, BIM modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination activities. The position ensures that structural engineering deliverables are technically sound, safe, economical, code-compliant, constructible, and delivered on schedule while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineering and BIM staff.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience: 2-4 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise structural design and analysis activities for assigned projects.

• Develop and review structural systems for reinforced concrete, steel, and other structural materials.

• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Perform structural analysis using appropriate engineering software.

• Develop and manage accurate BIM structural models in accordance with project BIM standards.

• Prepare and review structural BIM models, families, details, schedules, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate structural models with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.

• Identify and resolve clashes and design coordination issues using BIM coordination processes.
