We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator with strong technical and project implementation skills. The role will focus on leading IT project deployments once tenders are awarded, including data center infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT project implementation after tender awards, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Lead Data Center infrastructure installations, including servers, storage, networking, and power systems.

• Implement enterprise IT projects such as VDI solutions, Smart Classroom setups, and VISP network configurations.

• Configure and administer firewalls, routers, and L3 switches as part of project deployments.

• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability across IT systems.

• Contribute to SOC (Security Operations Center) activities; SOC experience is considered a strong plus.

• Perform system optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, presales, and documentation engineers) to align technical implementation with project requirements.

• Provide project documentation, reporting, and handover to clients.

• Mentor junior administrators and support project team members.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Linux/Ubuntu system administration and IT infrastructure.

• Proven track record in IT project implementation (Data Center, VDI, Smart Classroom, enterprise networks).

• Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, L3 switches, PBX, and SMS platforms.

• Advanced understanding of data center infrastructure including power systems and cabling.

• SOC (Security Operations Center) experience is a plus.

• Strong scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible preferred).

• Excellent leadership, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within timelines.
