• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV, lighting, staging, and media equipment
• Set up, test, and operate equipment during events and productions
• Diagnose and repair technical faults quickly and effectively
• Support technical planning for events in coordination with the production team
• Maintain equipment logs and update asset tracking systems
• Guide and support junior technicians on technical standards and safety
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and manufacturer guidelines
