Broadview Trading PLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tender Sales Engineer to lead our tendering and sales operations. The role involves managing the entire tender process, preparing competitive proposals, and strengthening client relations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids.

  • Analyze tender documents and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop competitive offers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.

  • Provide clarifications, presentations, and support during negotiations.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in tendering or sales engineering.

  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of equipment/supply industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
