Role Purpose: 

Deliver technical training and coaching to service personnel, enhancing technician skills and service quality through structured programs and competency development aligned with Mantrac Group and Caterpillar standards. Focus on effective knowledge transfer to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and safety training.

• Guide technicians in workshop/field and reinforce best practices.

• Manage schedules, logistics, training records and Share knowledge and assist service teams.

• Use learning platforms, monitor trainee progress and Identify needs and develop training materials.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in service operations or technical training.

• Experience with Caterpillar equipment or similar heavy machinery is an advantage.

• Exposure to training or coaching roles is desirable.
