The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, serving as the bridge between our premium office solutions and our clients' needs. You will create a welcoming and professional environment where business owners and procurement officers feel confident in our products and services. The role is also responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of National Marketers PLC's showrooms, ensuring they operate as high-standard retail destinations for walk-in customers.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or with related field of study

  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in retail sales management and show room management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement & Conversion
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets from walk-in customers and phone inquiries by effectively matching client needs with premium office solutions.

  • Drive the conversion of showroom visitors into customers while building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Showroom Excellence & Visual Merchandising
  • Ensure full compliance with branding guidelines by maintaining product displays, pricing tags, and promotional materials in line with "Perfect Store" standards.

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, lighting, signage, and the functionality of demonstration units to deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Lead Management & Customer Experience
  • Capture visitor information and customer insights to build a strong sales pipeline and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring smooth coordination of warranty and service-related matters with the After-Sales team.

Operational Discipline & Inventory Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring consistency between physical stock and system records while managing optimal stock levels for cash-and-carry items.

  • Follow established operational procedures for cash handling, showroom opening and closing, and daily reporting on sales performance, customer footfall, and stock status.
