Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction site layout, design, and overall work progress.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Conduct site surveys, set out levels, and manage infrastructure components like water supply and drainage.

• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and equipment on-site.

• Perform quality assurance tests on materials and workmanship.

• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Provide technical advice and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.

• Experience: 5 years
