Job Requirements

• Education: BSC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 

• Experience: 4 years and above relevant work experience 

Job Competencies

• Ability to start work immediately   

• Proficiency in surveying instruments, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), and interpretation of technical drawings. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in a team

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day construction activities to ensure work aligns with schedules and technical drawings.

• Marking out the site accurately, performing surveying, and providing technical advice to workers/sub-contractors

• Checking materials, ensuring compliance with construction regulations and client interest, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and Architect, while maintaining detailed site reports/collaborating with site office engineer.

• Adhering to safety protocols, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring a safe working environment by communicating the head office.

• Managing inventory, ordering materials, and overseeing resource utilization.

• Carry out related tasks as assigned
