Job Summary

The Junior Site Engineer supports the execution and coordination of Alpha Post Tension PLC’s post-tensioning site works, ensuring activities are carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The role coordinates with site teams, contractors, Design, Production, Logistics, and QA/QC to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or with related field of study

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

  • Quantity Required: 1

  • Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily post-tensioning site activities according to approved drawings and project requirements.

  • Review and understand post-tensioning drawings, layouts, tendon profiles, stressing details, and material schedules.

  • Coordinate with the main contractor and site teams regarding PT installation requirements and work sequence.

  • Follow up on tendon installation, anchorage placement, duct/former installation, reinforcement coordination, stressing, and grouting activities.

  • Ensure materials and equipment required for site activities are available and properly coordinated with the store, production, and logistics teams.

  • Monitor site progress and report daily activities, completed quantities, manpower, materials, and challenges to the Senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer.
