Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• 0-1 year

• Hands-on experience in at least one construction discipline (structural, finishing, MEP, etc.)

Quantity Required: 2

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the site engineer in overseeing daily construction operations and workforce supervision

• Ensure that construction workers follow approved plans, specifications, and safety protocols

• Coordinate labor deployment and monitor productivity across assigned work sections

• Conduct routine site inspections and report any deviations or quality deficiencies

•  Maintain site logs, material usage records, and workforce attendance sheets

• Support in receiving, checking, and storing construction materials on site

• Communicate work instructions clearly to construction crews and subcontractors

• Assist in the preparation of material requisitions and site progress updates

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Strong teamwork, discipline, and time management skills
