Temer Properties is pleased to invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Site HR Admin to join our team.
Key Purpose Statement:
The Site HR Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource and administrative functions at the project site. This role ensures proper workforce coordination, compliance with labor laws, employee record management, and smooth HR operations to support project execution.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Management
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new site employees.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures at the site level.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Monitor daily attendance, overtime, and leave records.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs to the Head Office HR team.
3. Employee Relations & Discipline
Address minor grievances and escalate complex issues to HRBP.
Monitor employee behavior and ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in disciplinary actions and documentation.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies.
Prepare regular HR reports (attendance, turnover, incidents, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
5. Administrative Duties
Manage site office administration (supplies, documentation, filing).
Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and welfare services for staff.
Support logistics and general site coordination activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in construc tion or project environments.
Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure in site conditions.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, HR systems).
