Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Experience: Junior Level (0–3) years and above of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, media presentation, content creation, or related fields).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Host engaging live sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Create attractive and interactive video content for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Present company products and services confidently and professionally during live broadcasts.

• Engage audiences naturally by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in real time.

• Manage assigned social media accounts and support content planning, scheduling, and publishing.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to develop creative campaigns and promotional content.

• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance to improve content effectiveness.

• Maintain a positive brand image and ensure all published content aligns with company standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Confident, energetic, outgoing, and comfortable appearing on camera.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
