Job Requirement

Education: Master’s degree, Assistant professor or equivalent specialization in Educational Measurement and Evaluation of Learning/Educational Psychology fields

Experience: minimum 10 years in teaching and training within higher education, preferably in Education/ Pedagogy.

• Experience in Delivering Higher Diploma Program (HDP)

• Experience in Delivering Induction or Professional Development Training.

• Teaching Experience in Higher Education Pedagogy.

• Expertise in Training Material and Module Development and

• Experience in Higher Education Curriculum Design and Review

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment and evaluation methodologies (formative, summative, competency based, portfolios, authentic assessment etc.),

• Strong knowledge of modern assessment tools and frameworks (rubrics, checklists, Continuous Quality Improvement logs, digital platforms).

• Familiarity with international standards in higher education assessment.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive training sessions for adult learners.

• Skilled in capacity building, mentorship, and coaching of academic staff.

• Ability to adapt training to local cultural and institutional contexts while maintaining global standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an asset)
