The Social Media Manager will manage the company's social media presence, create engaging real estate content, grow online communities, and strengthen the company's brand image to attract potential property buyers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content about apartments, property features, project progress, promotions, and investment opportunities.

  • Write compelling captions, headlines, calls to action, and property descriptions.

  • Coordinate with videographers, graphic designers, and the sales team to produce high-quality marketing content.

  • Manage comments, direct messages, inquiries, and audience interactions professionally.

  • Monitor social media engagement, reach, follower growth, video views, and inquiries generated.

  • Identify social media trends and implement creative content strategies suitable for the real estate market.

  • Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual presentation across platforms.

  • Support property campaigns, promotional activities, site visits, and customer testimonials.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
