Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will lead evergreen Coffee’s digital presence by creating engaging content, promoting training programs, and strengthening the organization’s brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies 

• Create engaging digital content including posts, videos, and campaigns 

• Manage Green Coffee’s social media platforms and online engagement 

• Promote training programs, events, and success stories 

• Monitor performance and prepare social media reports 

• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand communication 

• Capture and share coffee industry stories and learner achievements 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management 

• Strong content creation, copywriting, and digital communication skills 

• Experience with social media analytics and digital marketing tools 

• Photography and video editing skills are an advantage 

• Passion for coffee, skills development, and entrepreneurship
