Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field

• Work Experience: 0 years and above — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum GPA: 2.7

• Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and follow up on children’s educational, social, and psychological needs.

• Conduct family visits and participate in community outreach activities.

• Identify children’s needs and assist in providing appropriate support.

• Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate records.

• Use digital tools and social media to support organizational activities.

• Collaborate with families, schools, colleagues, and relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office applications.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.

• Ability to perform social work activities and provide support to children and families.

• Good communication, teamwork, reporting, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to children’s rights, confidentiality, and safeguarding.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work responsibly.
