Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scoping through to deployment and post-release support. They will lead a team of project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering complex projects, and experience in Agile methodologies.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or with related field of study 

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience in project management.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and working with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale software development projects, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive successful delivery.

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.

• Manage project budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules and minimize risks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

• Continuously improve project management processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging industry trends and tools to enhance efficiency

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and processes.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
