Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning and preparing a diverse menu of salads, bowls, smoothies, toppings, and grab-and-go items and ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation.
Lead line setup, line checks, and daily preparation before service begins; monitor production yield and waste, optimizing for cost efficiency.
Ensure allergen controls, labeling accuracy, and nutritional information across all menu items
Supervise kitchen stations, including cold preparation, assembly lines, juice preparation, and bakery operations, while providing guidance and mentorship to line cooks and preparation staff.
Ensure adherence to SOPs for food safety, sanitation, equipment usage, and cleanliness
