Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations,

• Managing staff schedules and overall spa , and

• Ensuring high standards of guest service and cleanliness

Job Requirement:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a spa or wellness center.

Required Skills:

• Well understanding and fluently speaking English language

• Well communication skill

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and products.

• Ability to handle client complaints and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
