Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective suppliers for spare parts and components.

  • Purchase spare parts needed for maintenance, repair, and production operations, ensuring availability within short lead times.

  • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate purchase terms, prices, and delivery schedules.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor suppliers for timely deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation of purchased parts.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as maintenance and supply chain to meet operational needs.

  • Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Auto mechanic, Business or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 5 years
