Job Requirement

• Qualification: BA/BSC/MA/MSc degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, statistics, Mathematics or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.

• Work Experience:  9/7 years of work experience for first degree and Master degree holders respectively out of which at least 6 years’ experience for BA holders and 4 years work experience for master’s degree holders in progressive branch manager position; out of which 2 years must be as branch manager grade I

Additional qualities & abilities are required

• Ability to plan, Organize standardizes and controls General Business Operations

• Considerable knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques

• Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures

• Dedication, hardworking capacity, dependable & Team Player

• CII Certified is add an advantages
