Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Spoken English Teacher to deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to primary school students, fostering their academic growth, creativity, and confidence. The teacher will play a key role in shaping young minds and contributing to the school’s mission of excellence and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire Through Teaching
Deliver engaging, interactive English lessons that strengthen students’ speaking and listening skills. Use activities such as debates, role-plays, presentations, and real-life scenarios to build fluency, confidence, and clear communication. Integrate multimedia tools to enhance pronunciation, intonation, and conversational ability.
Assess student progress through oral evaluations, group discussions, and presentations, and provide clear, personalized feedback to support continuous improvement.
Support Every Learner
Adapt your teaching approach to meet diverse learning styles and proficiency levels. Identify individual learning needs and contribute to tailored support strategies to ensure all students can succeed and progress.
Build a Positive Classroom Environment Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom that encourages participation and curiosity. Maintain consistent routines and expectations to support positive behavior. Accurately track attendance and maintain student records with professionalism and confidentiality.
Collaborate and Communicate
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development. Contribute to a collaborative teaching environment, participate in school activities, and engage in ongoing professional development. Play an active role in fostering a positive and high-performing school culture.

Qualifications
We are seeking an inspiring educator who meets the following criteria:
- MSc/MA/BA/BSc in English or a relevant subject
- OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with English subject specialization
- PGDT (Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching) – mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary education
- Experience in high-performing international or private schools is highly desirable
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
