Job Title: Store Keeper

Terms of employment: Full-time employee

Department: Procurement, supply and logistics Management Department

Location: Head Office level

Reports to: Supply Management team leader

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.

  • Organize and store items in designated areas to maintain order and accessibility.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations.

  • Issue materials and supplies according to approved requisitions.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory databases (manual or computerized).

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods to avoid damage or loss

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • An associate's degree or vocational training in electrical or mechanical maintenance, often with a focus on industrial systems, may also be sufficient for some positions.

  • Experience: 2 years of work expereince
