Job Summary
ATTA Trading Plc, a member of ATTA Group, is a reputable construction company engaged in high-rise building construction and ICT infrastructure projects. The company has successfully delivered major Civil, MEP, ICT, and finishing works across Ethiopia.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and oversee store operations at project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper storage, accurate record-keeping, and efficient issuance of materials in line with company procedures.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or with related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in construction projects
Workplace: Project Sites (Addis Ababa and other locations as required)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Attractive and negotiable based on experience and competency
Age : 25 to 35
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and stock levels.
Issue materials based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit periodic inventory and stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams for material management.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of the store area.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Familiarity with stock control systems and documentation
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
