Job Title : Store Keeper

Duties and Responsibility Overview

Reporting to management and responsible for the efficient coordination and management of store functions for YOUSIRA PHARMA PLC, Storekeeper must be able to properly keep Pharmaceuticals, asset and equipment, whilst ensuring best practices and maintaining proper recording & documentation; -

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate & up to date store records & documentation for all materials in the store as per company policy & standard procedures.

• Keep the store clean & arranged. 

• Make sure that the items are grouped / arranged in qualities that are easy to count.

• Open stock card for each item in the warehouse. 

• Perform any other related duties assigned by the company management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy.

• Competent use of PC especially excel and spreadsheets.

Personal Characteristics:

• Strong sense of personal integrity. - Attention to detail. - Strong supervisory skills. - Ability to multi-task. - Team spirit and problem-solving abilities

Minimum Experience

• For B.Pharm : 1 Year

• For Diploma/Druggist: 2 Years
