Orbit Specialized Eye Center is a specialized ophthalmic healthcare center established to provide comprehensive, high quality, patient centered eye care through an integrated platform of outpatient, diagnostic, surgical, and subspecialty ophthalmic services.
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Store Manager to oversee the effective management of pharmaceutical, medical, ophthalmic, and other healthcare-related supplies within the center.
Main responsiblites and duities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical/pharmaceutical store.

• Maintain accurate records of medicines, medical supplies, ophthalmic products, and other inventory items.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving and critical items.

• Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store pharmaceutical and medical supplies according to required storage conditions.

• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and product quality to minimize expiry and wastage.

• Implement effective inventory control systems and conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.

• Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, expiry, and consumption reports.

• Coordinate with the Pharmacy, Clinical, Procurement, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential supplies.

• Ensure proper documentation for stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

• Monitor stock variances and investigate discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and security of the store.

• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical, healthcare, and organizational policies and procedures.

• Support procurement planning by providing accurate consumption and stock-level information.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.

Job Requirements

• Bsc In pharmacy or related field.

• Minimum of Two (2) years of relevant experience in store management within a hospital, pharmacy, eye center, clinic, or other healthcare setting.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in store management, preferably within a hospital, pharmacy, eye center, clinic, or other healthcare setting. Strong inventory management, pharmaceutical store operations, organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.
