Pharo Foundation is opening a new, high-quality school in Assosa and is looking for a responsible and well-organized Storekeeper to manage the school’s inventory and supply systems effectively.
📍 Position Details
Location: Assosa, Ethiopia
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of goods
Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to track inventory usage and plan for reorders
Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in an educational setting)
Proficient in basic inventory software and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability
Good communication skills in English
