Job Requirements

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Professional licensure (PST, PE) preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis.

• Experience with large-scale projects is highly desirable.

•  Involvement in 2+ structural projects from concept to completion.

• Experience with at least two project types: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Public.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETAP, SAP2000, ETABS.

• Strong understanding of structural analysis, building codes, materials, and construction methods.

• Experience with design documentation and technical reports.

Responsibilities:

• Design structural systems and perform calculations.

• Collaborate with architectural teams and other engineering disciplines.

• Review and ensure compliance with structural codes and standards.

•  Prepare detailed construction documents.

Terms of Employment: Part-time with 24 hours availability per week

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
