Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to ensure efficient procurement, transportation, and distribution.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery of goods and services.

• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.

• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize cost and service quality.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.

• Monitor logistics operations to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.

• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays promptly.

• Prepare reports on supply chain performance, inventory status, and logistics expenses.

• Optimize transportation routes and warehouse operations for improved efficiency.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and company policies.

• Support procurement activities and vendor management.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
