System Administrator & Sales Analyst( SFA -Saystem)

To manage the backend administration of the new SFA system, ensure smooth functionality, provide technical oversight, and deliver actionable sales insights. This hybrid role strengthens both system stability and commercial decision-making through accurate reporting and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. System Administration (Backend Support)

  • Manage user creation, access control, password resets, and profile updates.

  • Troubleshoot system errors, bugs, synchronization issues, and escalate to the development partner (Theia) when needed.

  • Perform routine system health checks and ensure data validity and consistency.

  • Support configuration of system workflows, approvals, dashboards, targets, KPIs, and route structures.

  • Monitor integrations between SFA and NAV/ERP.

  • Coordinate testing of new features, updates, and releases.

  • Maintain system documentation and issue logs.

B. Sales Analytics

  • Order Capturing on NAV system along with developing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for KD, ASM, CSR and Region.

  • Analyse route performance, coverage, strike rate, productivity, and distribution KPIs.

  • Track volume trends, opportunity gaps, and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Prepare dashboards for management reviews.

  • Support design and monitoring of incentives, targets, and distribution scorecards.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • 3 years of experience in system administration, sales analytics, or a data-related role.

  • Strong Excel/Power BI or similar analytics tools.

  • Understanding of sales operations or Route to Market is an advantage.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
