Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and operating systems

• Monitor system performance and ensure availability

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades

• Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)

• Configure and manage firewalls, antivirus, and security systems

• Monitor system security and respond to security incidents

• Perform regular data backups and recovery operations

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V)

• Manage cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: BSC Degree in information technology, information system, or related field

• Work Experience: 0-2 years’ experience administering or supporting ERP

Salary: Negotiable

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
