The Market Intelligence & Insights Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key market and competitor data to generate actionable insights. The role supports strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, and leadership functions to enhance business growth and market positioning in the cement and building materials sector.
1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's current and future manpower needs.
Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure EAH and subsidiary companies’ strategy is in line with the market.
Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly.
Develop employment branding initiatives so as to maximize recruitment of top talents from the market.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes to the EAH Board office and Executive management team member of subsidiary companies.
Manage the entire hiring process, from screening resumes to offers for positions at EAH Board Office and Senior Executives of EAH subsidiaries.
Developing various programs to reward and retain top talents and attract qualified candidates from the market.
Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.
Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
Assess and recommend changes to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives.

Required Qualification:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is an advantage.
Professional certifications is an advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational development and related field.
Strong background in employment networking, as well as structure, system and policy development.
Competence Requirement;
Proven experience as talent acquisition and OD manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Strong understanding of OD principles, theories, and best practices
Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
