• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields.

• Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period.

• Work Experience: 3/4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Associate HCM Officer II, Associate Human Capital Shared Services Officer II, or equivalent positions.

• Job Grade: X

• Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary scale.

• Workplace: Head Office.
