Role Purpose
The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for delivering integrated talent solutions across key HR domains, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and Compensation & Benefits.
As part of the Centres of Expertise (CoE), the role acts as a functional specialist to ensure people practices are standardized, data-driven, and aligned with organizational strategy. The position plays a critical role in building scalable HR frameworks and embedding best practices that support National Marketers PLC’s growth and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across all functions.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning needs.
Implement structured, competency-based selection and assessment processes.
Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
2. Learning & Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps across the organization.
Design, coordinate, and monitor learning and development programs.
Support the development of career pathways and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
3. Employee Experience
Support the design and enhancement of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention).
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Analyze employee feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Support salary benchmarking and benefits analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
Assist in the administration of compensation structures and employee benefit programs.
Ensure alignment with internal policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits data.
5. Performance Management Integration
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Ensure alignment between performance outcomes, development plans, and reward mechanisms.
Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and evaluations.
6. HR Data & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate and reliable HR data across all CoE functions.
Prepare reports and dashboards on key HR metrics (recruitment, engagement, performance, training).
Analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field
Experience
3–5 years of HR experience, with exposure to at least two of the following areas:
