Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children. The Teacher Assistant will help with daily classroom activities, child supervision, and general classroom organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the teacher during lessons, activities, and playtime

• Assist children with learning tasks, routines, and transitions

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom

• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities

• Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development

• Assist with preparation of learning materials and displays

• Help with meals, hygiene routines, and rest times (as age-appropriate)

• Observe and report any concerns related to children’s well-being or safety

• Maintain professional boundaries and follow school policies at all times

• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Job Requirements

• Minimum: Certificate or Diploma

• Previous experience working with children is an advantage

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Patient, attentive, and child-centered attitude

• Ability to follow instructions and school procedures

• Basic knowledge of child safety and hygiene practices
