Location: Assosa, Ethiopia
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reports To: School Principal
Works Closely With: Head of Education, Education Program Team, and fellow teaching staff

Ignite Learning: Deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love for lifelong learning.
Innovate Curriculum: Design and implement high-quality, engaging lesson plans aligned with national and Pharo standards.
Drive Student Growth: Use modern, formative assessment tools to measure progress and tailor instruction to individual needs.
Lead Beyond the Classroom: Contribute to extracurricular programs, community events, and student mentorship initiatives.
Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the broader community to support student success.
Champion Student Well-being: Help students develop holistically—intellectually, emotionally, and ethically.
Qualifications:
MSc/MA/BA/BSc in the relevant subject or a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with subject specialization
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (3 years for Performing/Visual Arts teachers), ideally in high-performing international or private schools
PGDT (Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching) – mandatory
Skills and Experience:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Proficient in using digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
Demonstrated use of student-centered and tech-integrated teaching strategies
Strong grasp of data-driven instruction and assessment practices
