Bavaria Pharmaceutical plc We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technical and sales Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical import operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and a valid professional license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate pharmaceutical import activities.

• Ensure compliance with national and international pharmaceutical standards and regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation and quality assurance processes.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Manage and guide the sales team to maximize performance.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical sector.

• License: Valid professional license in pharmacy.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
