Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain audiovisual equipment.
• Set up audio, video, and presentation systems for meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to users during events and presentations.
• Perform routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of AV equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of audiovisual equipment and accessories.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of AV equipment.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new audiovisual systems.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance records.
• Comply with organizational safety and operational procedures.
