Job Summary
Wagl Pharmaceutical Trading PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical operations of its wholesale department. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, maintain quality standards, and support efficient distribution and storage operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage technical activities within the wholesale department.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian pharmaceutical regulations and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Monitor proper storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and maintain required documentation and licenses.
Provide technical guidance and training to staff.
Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
Support inventory management and product quality monitoring.
Prepare technical reports and departmental performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy .
Valid professional license from the relevant regulatory authority.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or healthcare supply management.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and reporting systems.
